Damage/Return/Terms

If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is defective or damaged, we will make every effort to replace

If you find a newly purchased piece of gear unsatisfactory please send it back for a full Credit. If you would like to exchange for another item in the same price class we will gladly do so, however in either case, return shipping cost is the customers’ responsibility.

To make a return, please take the following steps:

For defective or warranty returns please contact us at support@retro-arms.com (We usually are in contact with a customer within 24 hrs). Upper receivers have a (1) YEAR warranty

Send the item back in the original packaging. If that is not possible, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or other quality padding and place in a small box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain a tracking number in case the package is lost in transit.

Include a copy of the receipt. If that is not possible, include your name, order number, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (including information about the firearm, ammo, and usage environment for warranty returns).

Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. Shipping charges will be refunded if we sent the wrong item, or if the item we sent was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Products purchased at other outlets are not eligible for refunds but defective products may be able to be exchanged.

Any item that is modified or damaged any reason may be ineligible for a refund.

All Trade Show items sold are considered AS-IS and can not be returned.
